Ready.gov: prepare for distaster?
I saw this ominous sign while walking to work today. It's on the corner of Davis and California, in the Financial District of San Francisco. It warns us to prepare for disaster, but if you go to the site listed -- ready.gov -- you'll find that it's not available, at least not at this writing.
Oh man, I hope we don't have to deal with a disaster, because if this is any indication, the government is less prepared than we are.
